Catherine qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO in 2013. She has focussed her career on Private Equity and Venture Capital backed companies as an in-house Finance Director. Her key areas of experience are:
<> Fundraising activities covering pitch decks, business planning, due diligence and legal coordination.

<> Sale of companies to UK and US buyers managing deal structuring, fund flows and earn outs.

<> Building finance functions from the ground up including full financial modelling, system selection, creating KPI dashboards and hiring.

<> Board advisory work for a variety of companies including SaaS, Renewables, EdTech and HealthTech with primarily UK and US offices.
